When will my order ship?


Most ready-to-ship and semi-custom orders ship within 3–5 business days.

For embroidered or made-to-order items, please allow 5–10 business days depending on the product. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you accept custom craft orders not listed?

We currently offer semi-custom options only for select collections like The Pressed Collection, YJ Littles and The Stitched Collection. Full custom orders are closed at this time as we shift toward curated drops.

What’s the difference between The Pressed Collection and The Stitched Collection?

  • The Pressed Collection includes high-quality DTF (Direct to Film) or heat-pressed designs.
  • The Stitched Collection
    features custom embroidery and appliqué made with love, one stitch at a time.

What’s your return or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of handmade and personalized items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Please reach out within 3 days of delivery if there’s an issue—we’ll make it right.

How do I access digital downloads?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to instantly download your file(s). If you don’t see it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or reach out via the contact form.
